Hi, I'm looking for a flatmate for a traditional top floor tenement flat 2 minutes walk to the subway, good transport links, and parking available if needed.

the double room comes fully furnished with everything included with a large living room/kitchen, bath, and electric shower.
all bills and wifi included.

I'm looking for a laid back flatmate and someone to feel at home in the flat. I enjoying cooking, baking, and cycling I'm also a full-time student normally at uni 5 days a week and just starting my 4th year. I've lived with flatmates for the past 5 years both male and female.

The flat also comes with a loving, affectionate cat. No need to worry as you’re not expected to feed him or look after him, just the occasional pet and cuddle.

move-in dates are flexible and I'm happy to do in person viewings as well as zoom or facetime viewings also happy for exchange students or single trimester students to apply
