Double Bedroom in Lovely Flat

The bedroom has been freshly decorated, with new flooring and a new bed Large storage spaces built into the property, including a cupboard in the bedroom, which is lockable, and a large pantry in the kitchen.

There is a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is also gas central heating and double glazing. It is in a very quiet location, just off the Great Western Road, with lots of local transport, including buses and trains at Anniesland Cross, shops, and has a lovely private garden, with a shed (still being built). It will take around 17mins to cycle to University of Glasgow. There are parks nearby, and lots of trees on the streets.

I am a student at University of Glasgow, and I really love my flat, looking for someone who keeps their space clean and tidy too. I will most likely be out most of the time, or be in my room studying.

New furniture throughout, but still awaiting it. I have attached pictures without it, but the bedroom will have a desk, shelving, wardrobe, full length mirror, bedside cabinet (present). You’ll need to supply your own bedding. If you are interested, the flat will be available to view.
