Hi, there is 1 double bedroom available for rent in this bright and spacious 4 bedroom penthouse apartment which is less than a minute walk from Glasgow green and 30 seconds from train station as well as local shops.

The flat has a large shared living area, kitchen with utility room, dishwasher, American style fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. There a 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), private parking at the back of the building as well as owning the spacious ground floor garage. The flat also has a huge attic with extra rooms which is soon to be converted into an extra chill out area with ping pong table/bar/hammocks etc.

All of the rooms are double sized and have built in wardrobes. The larger of the 3 has a double en-suite and extra built in storage space. I am in the process of renovating the the entire flat and am happy to decorate the bedrooms to however the new flatmates would like.

I am a 32 year old electronics engineer who is very friendly and out going but also respectful of other peoples space. I am looking to share the flat with other fun and friendly people.
