I am a 59 year old divorced man.
I own 2 Glasgow licensed taxis which I rent to 2 drivers, and I occasionally drive either of them when drivers are on holiday.
I have a 5 bedroom home in the Baillieston area of Glasgow where I live alone. I intend to sell the house next year and downsize.
The house is modern and fresh, with double glazing and central heating (new boiler and cavity insulation fitted in April 2022). I have a back and front garden, with a driveway to the front that can accommodate 2 cars.
Gas, electricity, broadband and council tax are included in the price, so there would be no bills, and lots of room for you to have privacy. Rent is £200 per person per week, paid in advance from first day of arrival.
There are 2 train stations within walking distance. Baillieston train station has regular trains to Glasgow Central, and Easterhouse has trains to Glasgow Queen Street and Edinburgh Waverley.
Guests would have use of the family bathroom with an electric shower over the bath. There is also a downstairs toilet exclusively for guests.
I would give WFH consideration, however I would rather NOT have people who work from home or students who rarely attend class. I'd prefer to have guests who leave the house at least a few times a week for work or studies.
Previous guests, from Spain and France, would happily provide references to confirm they were happy with their stay at my house.
