Double Room In Town House Next To Glasgow Green

Hi Guys I am looking to share my town house with a professional or student, I don't stay much in the house maybe once or twice a month as I work way , so you will have all the house to yourself most the of the days.

The town house itself is modern, bright and spacious. Located 2 min from the Glasgow Green very quite area new houses.

In terms of location, the house is in walking distance to most amenities in the centre of town, and is approximately a 10 minute walk from Central Station.
High Street within walking distance from City centre, Strathclyde University, Glasgow College, Clyde College very central easy to get anywhere walk distance.

There are also a multitude of other shops, restaurants, bars and transport 5 min way in
Merchant City and another 5/10 minutes to Central, Queen Street and Buchanan Street Subway Station. Above all, we do have our d
parking.

The house has central gas heating & its furnished with washing machine, Freeze freezer, sofa, dinning table, microwave, utensils for cooking. The bedroom available is a great size with a large wardrobe, bedside tables.

I'm looking for someone professional, preferably working full time but I am open to considering students
