Double room in terraced house with big garden., Very comfortable with all bills included and good broadband. Short term let on a weekly basis. Couples welcome for a slightly increased rent to cover additional use of bills (£210 per week)

The second (cheaper room) is available at weekends only as it needs decorating. Storage space available to leave your stuff safely in between visits.

I often work away, and when I'm home I'll be busy in the garden or office so you'll generally have the place to yourself.

My little dog (a cuddly border collie) will be around when I'm at home, but most of the time she'll live elsewhere.
