Double room in 2-bedroom flat available

My flatmate is moving out at the end of May and I'm looking for a new flatmate.

The flat is pretty cheap but nice. There is no living room but your room is quite big and comes with an armchair.

There's a small kitchen and a bathroom which we would share.

I'd prefer to live with another woman/someone non-binary. Professional also preferred for council tax purposes.

You'd be sharing with me. I'm 25 and a freelance writer - meaning I work from home. I keep to myself a lot but would love it if we could get to know each other a bit and hang out sometimes.
I mostly eat vegan and am LGBTQ+ but you don't have to be either - just open-minded!

I'm looking for someone who's not too loud, especially during the day (because I work).

The bills are about 20 GBP per month per person + about 70 GBP per person for council tax.
