Housekeeping and hygiene are a must and not negotiobale aspect of sharing a flat for me.
I enjoy an active lifestyle and . I tend to cook in daily basis and invit friends over occasionally for food and board games. I love animals, however I believe they need more than a two bedroom apartment.
Is very important that the people I interact with care about themselves, their loved ones the environment and the planet at large.
I enjoy socializing but I don't smoke and rarely drink.
About the flat:
This is a two bedroom apartment with a big living room and kitchen, one bathroom, and a balcony. Neighbours are friendly and there are parks in walking distance if you run or enjoy outdoor walks.
Approximate bills
Cost: rent £ 321/m, council tax £116/2 electric 60-70 / m, £361 deposited, Heating 25 - 40/ month max for winter months. Due to energy price changes this prices might be slightly higher.
1st council tax to be paid at moving in date.
There is access to two subway stations, Ibrox and Cesnnock and multiple bus stops fort he city centre and other areas of Glasgow.
Initial video call and viewings will be booked after 5.30, more flexible during the weekend.
