Great condition flat with access to shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. High speed fibre broadband. Also have good sized south facing garden.

Flat is in Kingspark and has a nice outlook looking over a small park so quiet and private. It is centrally located, close to Glasgow’s Southside and well connected to the city centre.

I am pretty chilled and like to socialise but like my own space too so ideally looking for someone on the same wave length. Clean and tidy too.
