The house has a large kitchen / dining area and 2 lounge rooms.
The house has 3 bathrooms and 1 wc.
The house has a large back garden with a orivate garden lounge room at the back with access to a smart tv.
Tlwe are a muslim family and have a small child of 4 years and a 19 year student living with us from oman.
We are looking for another male student who will fit into the room next door to our other tenant with a shared ensuite between both rooms.
We wiuld prefer a clean and ridy person.
We live walking distance to the most popolur shopping centre and the buses take 7 mins to reach the umiversity which goes on the motorway without any stops.
There is a cinema, gym, library, swimming pool and the medical centre walking distance from the house.
Trians and bus access nearby also.
The room will be free frim 4th June to 4th July 2022 for 4 weeks only.
We have 1 budgie and 2 cats in the house already so no pets allowed.
