Cozy new built flat close to town

Hi,

If your looking for a small double room near the city centre, shawlands ect then look no further.

Im looking to rent out my other room in my flat its just me here and it’s fairly quiet around here. Which is good because it’s off Victoria road.

It’s a new built with washing facilities, car parking, fridge, the usual stuff.

There is also internet too which you can of course use.

It’s quite a big flat so we shouldn’t feel that you don’t have your own space. I work from home but I am quite a social person, but I’m more than happy to hang out, cook and have a drink and stuff.

My only rule is be a tidy Person, clean up after yourself. Happy for you to bring your fur baby too!

The pics are of when I first moved in, which was only a year ago. It’s in good nick and decorated too. I have a bed there it’s pretty big so takes up a lot of the room. But you can bring your own if you want too.

The rent is not inc share of bills so all in with bills it’s going to be £450 a month.
