Hi,

I'm looking for a new tenant for my house in Glasgow's East End who will get on well with those who already live there. So preferably keeps things tidy and clean and is happy to socialise.

As well as the 4 bedrooms the house has a small front garden and a backyard, kitchen, living room, dining room, toilet and bathroom, all shared spaces. There's onstreet parking, but its not reserved. The current tenants are young professionals.

I'm living down in London, but try and make it up a few times a year to say hi (although reduced since Covid!). The room is currently empty, so you can move in as soon as you like. Viewings are possible most evenings with the current tenants. Any questions please let me know.
