Short term let 2-5 months

I was just about to sell my flat but there’s been a hold up with some potential building works (not directly affecting my flat) so I’ll probably have to wait till next year. I’ve half relocated out the city so most of the time, you would have the flat to yourself.

My flat is in the Gorbals, just south of the river. Bridge Street Underground, Strathbungo, Glasgow Green and the City Centre are all within 10-20mins walking distance. There is a shared garden & access to a large communal green. The neighbours are lovely.

I rent a place in the Isle of Skye with my partner and live there. I have to come back to Glasgow for work though - for a few nights every few weeks. When I’m in Skye you’d be welcome to use the 2nd bedroom as a spare room for your friends and family or as an office space. The flat is furnished.

I’m really easy going and it would be nice to hang out the odd evening when I’m down, but to be honest, you won’t see too much of me. I’ll be office based during the day and catching up with friends and family most evenings.
