Hello! I have a double room available to rent in a lovely flat situated in the Kinning Park area.

Living Situation: From February/March onwards, you'll often have the flat to yourself, as I plan to spend over half my time living with my boyfriend down south. This setup offers a great balance of privacy and shared living at a good price.

Transport: A 2-minute walk to the nearest subway station, making it easy to get around the city. The BBC building is just a 15-minute walk away.

Amenities: The flat includes a large car park for convenient parking. Local shops and a variety of takeaway food outlets are within easy reach. There is a large shared garden at the back of the property.

About me:
I'm a 31-year-old self-employed woman in the music industry. My work schedule varies, but for most of the time, I work from home in my studio and living room. I'm friendly and like a wee chat from time to time, so I hope we'd become pals!
