2 Bedroom Large Flat in Shawlands

Hello!

Myself and my boyfriend are traveling until May 2023 and would like to get in lodgers to live in our flat while we are away (8 months, max 9).

The flat is 3 bedrooms so it's huge, one of the bedrooms is a gym (weights rack)/office (perfect for WFH) and the other two bedrooms have kingsize beds. The flat has a separate living and seperate kitchen area and a large bathroom and hall. It's our home so it's nicely decorated and makes a lovely place to live.

It has an excellent location (a few mins to QP and coffee shops/cafes/supermarkets are all around). Bus links straight in to town, and the train is a short walk away.

We are looking for a trustworthy couple or 2 friends to live here.

Rent is £550 per room and includes internet.
Additional bills are council tax (£75 per room paid to us as we have paid it yearly) and heating/electricity.
