Double room available in Dennistoun

Double room in a 2 bed flat in Dennistoun available from start of February (maybe a little earlier)
The flat has recently been painted including the room available.

There’s a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.

There’s 2 train stations very close by us ~10mins to town by train
~20mins walk to town

I’m a student at Glasgow school of art, in my last year

Hoping to look for a calm and tidy flatmate (preferably a student who’s also graduating this year or a student looking for short term ~ 6 months)
