Double Room - Bills Included

Hello,

My flatmate is moving out and I am looking to replace him. You’ll be on your own lease with the landlord and pay rent directly to them and there is no deposit required.

The room is a fairly large double as seen in the pictures.

The flat has 2 bathrooms, good sized kitchen and living room. There is free on street parking outside.

I’m a trainee solicitor and work in the office most of the time. It would be great to find a flatmate that I get on with and can socialise with. I’m a vegetarian and a keen cook but it’s not a dealbreaker if you’re not. I’m currently in the process of converting a campervan so there will be occasional clutter but this shouldn’t be for much longer.

All bills are included so pay the rent and there’s nothing else to worry about.
