Nice quiet room for short-term let

I've got a nice room to rent for the next two months (shorter term available), with dates flexible, starting 1st June and ending 10th August at the latest. The price includes all bills. Please note this is for a short term only as I have plans for it as of August. The flat is located in Govanhill, just 2 mins walk from the nearest bus stop, 6 minutes from Crosshill station, and in the 10 min walking distance to Aldi, Lidl, Asda and plenty more. The flat is fully furnished with all shared areas availlable to the lodger, newly refurbished bathroom (shower and bathtub), a spacious living room with TV and additional storage area. I'm a professional living with my shy cat Clyde who won't be bothering you. I do occasionally smoke, but only outside in the courtyard so the flat is smoke-free. Any questions? Feel free to ask.
