Double Room in a Beautiful Home for 4-12Month Stay

This is a lovely double room in a massive flat in Cessnock.

I have renovated it myself andit contains everything you need for a hassle free 3-10 months.

I would like a roomate from 1 October onwards

The flat has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. 2 bathrooms (one of which is solely for your use), a high quality fitted kitchen with dishwasher, laundry etc.

A massive living room. NIce stereo, TV for movies. open fire.
A cleaner comes every two weeks for common areas, and this is included in the rent.

Huge communal garden. oh - and a cat! Kumo.

I would like to live with a professional, and if possible someone with a bit of creativity!

Age is not important, but in the past I have lived with younger/messier people and Im at a different stage in life.

Price is not the cheapest, but you are getting all bills and council tax included, including gas and electricity, plus high quality kitchen 'stuff' to use.

The room is available for 3,6 or 10 months only

Cessnock has the subway a minute from my place, and a good variety of shops and places to eat nearby.

You would be sharing with 2 people (myself, a mature student/artist/designer) and Jo (a law student) (and Kumo)
