The apartment, although situated within a quiet residential area, is less than a 10 minute walk to Argyle Street, Glasgow City Centre which is extremely close proximity for shopping, bars ,restaurants and transport links.
There is also a subway station within a two minute walk with the West end only a few stops away.
****About Me****
I work in a professional job which consists of shift work and therefore I am looking for a flat mate in a professional job also who is NOT currently working from home and NO students. Sorry
I’m an easy going lad who whilst enjoys my own space and company, is happy to socialise with others.
In my spare time I enjoy eating out, gym and travelling!
I equally enjoy cooking and nights in with wine so a good cook would be well welcomed.
****Who I am seeking*****
My current flatmate has mainly stayed here this past 12 months on working days only / when they were on shift and traveled back and forward from their main residence!
This has worked great and any potential flat mates in similar circumstances would be given priority consideration.
The flat is fully equipped and therefore there is no requirement (or space) to bring kitchen equipment, utensils , furnishings etc
My ideal flat mate is someone easy going, who I can get along with, respectful, clean and tidy.
