Hey I'm looking for a long term flatmate to rent out my second bedroom in the anniesland area of Glasgow.

5 min walk from Morrisons, train station, gym, Costa etc.

I'm very clean and relatively quiet & I'm looking for someone similar.
I work nightshift so I would like someone who works daytime :)

Flat comes with washing machine, secure entry, parking, gas oven, plenty of storage and gas Central heating.

You will have exclusive access to the master bathroom W/Bathtub as I won't be using it.

The single room is quite spacious and comes with a brand new bed. The rest of the room is unfurnished so feel free to bring your own stuff or I can help find stuff.

Rent is £350pcm and bills arent included but will be split 50/50
Council tax is band c

I estimate it will be roughly £520 all in pcm
Council tax/ internet/ electricity/gas.
