Hello!

We are looking for a new flatmate as sadly our last flatmate has moved out. It’s a chill flat, not a party space but we are close with a nice vibe and keen to find someone who will fit in nicely with the space.

The flat is fairly recently renovated and decorated, with a brand new kitchen just installed this month. But it is in an old building and on a classic Govanhill street, so we would prefer someone who knows and loves the area as it comes with its challenges! Council tax band is C. Bills are separate to the rent and split evenly between the 3 rooms.

NB - The living room is a work from home space during the day - you are welcome to work from this area alongside other flatmates! But for this reason its not suitable for someone working nights, or home chilling during weekdays.

The flat is fully kitted with a TV, Netflix, Alexa, etc. Bathroom with bath and shower. Utility space with tumble dryer, dishwasher. Lots of storage space. The street and building isn't the best fair warning, but its an up and coming area 5min walk to Queens Park, Victoria Road, train station and regular buses mean easy access to the city centre. The general area is full of lovely bars, restaurants, gym and a range of supermarkets all within walking distance. Its really got everything you'd need on its doorstep.
There is free parking on the street but its not always easy to get a spot as parking is a bit chaotic in the Southside.

We are young professionals with pretty busy lifestyles, but like glass of wine in the evenings! We are fairly early risers, like to exercise, but also to socialise regularly. We put a lot of effort into the flat and keep it nice (both pretty clean and keep the flat neat), so keen to find someone who will look after it with us!
