Spare Room In Oatlands, Short Term Lets Preffered

Looking to get someone in the spare room of my flat. Only myself living here currently and would suit a fellow young professional or a bit of an older more mature student. Its a double furnished room with a bed, mattress, chest of drawers and a cupboard and its very spacious. There is an open plan living and kitchen space which is kept in immaculate condition and a shared bathroom which is also kept very clean. Very great transport links being right next to the M74 Polmadie Junction and also 5 min walk from Glasgow Green and 15/20 min walk to City Centre. There are great bus links into the city from the edge of the estate also. There is also a convenience store and coffee shop a 2 second walk from the flat which is very handy.

Short term lets preffered and longer term rents if we get on well.

A bit more about myself

I work normal Mon- Fri hours and i am a car body repairer. Im always very active doing different sports and going to the gym and Im always out the flat but enjoy cooking meals and relaxing also. Happy to show any newcomers to the city and whats around locally. I do Expect the flat to be kept in immaculate condition as well as this is the way i keep it hence why its better for someone who knows how to keep a tidy place.
