Double Room Available from June

Hey,

I have a room in my flat which has a double bed with some storage. All bills are included, Council tax also included in this cost.

Available from June 2025!

I stay in the Bellahoustan area of Glasgow. I am a 33 year old gay guy who likes nights in and nights out. I don’t necessarily need a flatmate but with the current crisis the UK is in it might be nice to have some company and help each other out budget wise.

The flat has a bath/shower, large kitchen, shared lounge, large cupboard for extra storage, small bedroom (mine) and a double room (yours). It would be on street parking for those who drive.

(Room looks bigger in person I'd say and been told)

Public transport to/from flat is really good too with the choice of subway (Ibrox) 10 minute walk away or the 9/9a/10/38 as bus options which take you in and out the city centre.

I’m open to living with someone who is also gay etc but not necessary. I would prefer a professional to live with just because of council tax reasons but not necessary.

I am pretty sociable and happy to have time with my flatmate watching a movie or having a chat but also understand everyone needs their private space too.

I work from home so I am free a lot of the time. I would prefer someone who does not work from home so I can work at home in peace.

I am away a lot and only living at the flat about 2 weeks of the month, this is due to work or visiting my partner in Edinburgh.
