Located in the Cessnock area, the flat is about 25min walk into the City Centre. Excellent Transport links, Bus stop & Underground station 1 min away.

It will suit a non-smoker mature student or young professional. Pets are not allowed.

There is a shared living-room, 1 bathroom/toilet, 1 shower room, central heating, kitchen, fridge, washing machine and wireless internet. Main bathroom is shared by 3 people.

The room is furnished and the rent includes bills with the exception of gas/electricity. In summer they are about £25, in winter about £45, per month.
