Description
A sunny, beautiful room to rent in the west end available for one lucky person. Only a 5-minute walk from the Glasgow Botanic gardens, close to shops, supermarkets and transport links.
My current flatmate is moving out just before Christmas, so we're looking for someone to take over the room.

Currently both myself and my flatmate WFH hybrid hours. We use the bay window area in the living room as a lovely office nook, 2 or 3 days a week each.
I occasionally look after my parents cat when they go away on holiday, so it's important to have someone who is happy to have a cat around from time to time.
About me
36F, professional working in the sustainability sector. I'm not the landlord. I am very active; I like bouldering and cycling, I love being outdoors and I try to get away most weekends for a hike on the Munro’s. On rainy evenings I'll usually be on my PS4 or TV, or I've really loved being able to have chats in the kitchen and the occasional wine night with my last flatmate.

I'm hoping to find someone who has similar wants from a flat and flatmate. I've been lucky enough to become friends with my flatmates, but really I just look for someone who's responsible and considerate, who keeps communal spaces tidy.
The room is suitable for a professional or PhD.
Not suitable for undergraduate students. Not suitable for couples. No smokers.
