Move in date is flexible.
My flatmate is moving out so I am looking for a new flatmate to move into her room. I've been in the property for about 3 years. I currently work hybrid. When I'm not working I enjoy watching movies, trying new restaurants and bars, gaming and travelling.
The flat is rented through an agency so they require a deposit and references. You'll also need to sign a tenancy agreement. Their requirements are to be in full-time employment and you'll go through affordability check with the agency.
Here is a bit more about the flat:
The flat is on the on the top floor with lift access and large private balcony. The property comprises entrance hallway with large hall storage cupboard and access to all rooms, open plan contemporary lounge/kitchen area. The available room is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe. I'm staying in the bedroom with en-suite so the main bathroom will be only for you. The bathroom is a fully fitted three piece bathroom suite with shower over bath. The flooring is a bit different than in the photo as it was recently changed. The flat has gas central heating, double glazing, secure entry and acess to communal courtyard. Council Tax - Band F. There is no parking and I don't think street parking us available either.
Rent is currently £700 per person per month. Bills are not included in the rent but are roughly £200 (including council tax) per person per month.
Flat is located near Merchant city and is a short walk away from the subway and the train.
