Cozy flat in Dennistoun

Hi,
My name is Alberto, I work at the University of Glasgow and on the 10th of July, my flatmate is going to move away :((.

I am looking for someone to replace her.
The house is small but cozy. We are in a quite area of town with lots of shops and cafes just 10-minute walk away.

I am looking for a flatmate that respects the common spaces (especially, living room and kitchen) and enjoys a good chat. I don't really have many requirements; an easy-going and fun person is everything I am asking for :))

As I am working at the University, I do not need to pay council tax, so you will be entitled to a discount, if working (band B).
