Flatmate Wanted

Hi there!
I have a double bedroom available from the 1st December 2024.

About the flat and the room:
The flat is on the 5th Floor, with a view overlooking the Clyde. You can walk into the centre of town in approx. 20 mins and can get to the West End in around 35 mins. I use the Glasgow ‘Next’ bikes, which gets me into town in 10 mins. There is also a shop downstairs (Nisa local) for emergency snacks. There is a parking space with the flat, which I currently use for my car.
The flat itself has two bedrooms (one en-suite), main bathroom and a kitchen/living room. The bedroom available is the en-suite room. The kitchen is very spacious, and has all the essentials (Fridge, washing machine, dishwasher).

About Me:
I am a PhD student at the university of Strathclyde, hopefully will be finished mid 2025. I am a very active person and spend a lot of my time outdoors and competing in triathlons. When I’m not out and about, I enjoy board games and playing video games. I am a very tidy person and keep the flat clean.
Looking for someone who is clean and tidy and also enjoys an active lifestyle.

The break down of costs are as follows:
Flat Rent: £1176 (£588 Each) Per Month
Utilities: £100 (£50 each) Per Month
Internet: £40 (£20 each) (150Mbps) Per Month

Council Tax (Students): Free
Council Tax (Non-Student): Tax band F (You would get a 25% discount by living with a student)

Total Monthly cost (Student): £658
Total Monthly cost (Non-Student): £658 + 75% of council tax
