Hi, I’m callum! I’ve got a lovely, bright and spacious double bedroom available in my new build flat in the Dalmarnock area. Viewings will be at the start of September!

The room comes furnished including;
- double bed and mattress
- large built in wardrobe
- 2x bedside tables
- 1x chest drawers
- 2x bedside lamps
- TV
The room comes with decorative items but can be removed if required.

There is a shared open plan kitchen/living-room with a dining table and TV. There is a main bathroom (pictured) which will be exclusively yours for the tenancy. 6 month maximum tenancy.
Rent is £575/month with £200 security deposit. Bills will vary month to month as with varying energy prices but, WiFi £10, gas usually is £40 and electricity £20. Housing benefit is not accepted as a form of rent.

The flat has great transport links with bus stops at the end of the road. Dalmarnock train station 7 min walk away with 1 stop until argyle street station. Can walk into Glasgow green in 20 mins along the riverside path.

Fab big tesco, McDonald’s, KFC, home bargains, Starbucks, Greggs and subway only 5 mins walk away.

You’ll be living with me, Callum, (28 y/o PhD Student at Strathclyde Uni), my partner Błażej (27 y/o, professional) and some gorgeous house plants. We’re gay, clean, tidy, and sociable! We have friends and family over from time to time but all are allies, so an LGBTQ+/ally flatmate is important to us.

Looking for a flatmate who is friendly and sociable but also respects each others space! Ideally a final year/post grad student but will consider professionals.
