Room for rent

Hello!
I'm looking for a lodger for the spare room in my flat, located in the quiet neighbourhood of Croftfoot in the southside of Glasgow, just next to Kings Park.
The room is an okay size, a small double, furnished with a double bed. I’m a professional and work from home. I’m quiet, tidy, and considerate, and I’m looking for someone similar to share the space. Ideally, I’d prefer someone who doesn’t work from home most days. I’m also open to someone who only needs the room during the working week, and I’d be happy to reduce the rent accordingly.
I do have a dog, so it’s important that you like dogs and are comfortable living with one.
The flat has a private garden and patio. The kitchen is small, but the living room is open‑plan with a dining area and table. A supermarket and local shops are just a 5‑minute walk away. On‑street parking is available.
Short‑term lets preferred but longer considered.
