Room for rent

I’m looking for a lodger for the spare room in my flat, located in the Croftfoot area on the south side of Glasgow, right next to King’s Park. The room is a small double and comes furnished with a double bed. I’m a working professional and work from home. I’m quiet, tidy, and considerate, and I’m looking for someone similar to share the space. Ideally, I’d prefer a lodger who doesn’t work from home most days. I’m also open to someone who only needs the room during the working week, and I’d be happy to reduce the rent to reflect this.

I do have a dog, so it’s important that you like dogs and are comfortable living with one.

The flat has a garden and patio. The kitchen is small but functional, and the living room is open plan with a dining area and table. A supermarket and local shops are just a five minute walk away. On street parking is available.

Short term lets are preferred, though longer stays may be considered.
