The king size double room is available for short/medium term let in this tastefully decorated upper floor flat. This is a two bedroom apt. of which the second room will usually remain locked and will only be used during infrequent owner visits.

The lodging accommodation includes a king-size double bed, wardrobe storage, desk and chair. Living/dining room, kitchen and washroom are shared areas but normally vacant due to infrequent owner visits. All usual kitchen equipment etc is available for use.

The property is very conveniently located, directly opposite Cessnock Underground station, with on-street parking and a wide range of local amenities such as restaurants, shops, cafes. library, local park etc.

The room is available from February 2026. Initial interviews will take place online in January, with in-person viewings possible by arrangement. Previous lodgers have included visiting international students, postgraduate students and this short-term arrangement has worked very well for them. The current lodger will vacate the room on January 31st.
