Spare room to rent

It is a 2 bed flight right beside a train station, so easy to get to and from city centre. 1 bathroom, shared living room. Has to be okay with cats and listening to the Hamilton soundtrack at least once a day. The flat is very halloweeny all year round as it is the best time of year, so have to be at peace with spooky things. Would love to have a flat mate that enjoys socialising, but it is also a quiet area so no loud parties often. Just gaging interest atm :) (Council tax band C- included with rent payment)
