Double room, Queens Pk, £820 (all bills included)

Hello,

Im looking for a lovely new housemate for a room I have available at my place in Queens Park from 5th of October.

It's a fairly spacious 2 double bed flat on the ground floor opposite the park.

The room being advertised includes a double bed, desk, drawers and wardrobe. The bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared. Although not specific bays, we do have residents parking at the back of the property.

There is a separate living room and dining kitchen, good broadband, Sky TV and super close to the train station (Queens Park = 7 mins to Glasgow Central) or buses that get you to Argyle Street in 15 mins.

I work from home, so may not be ideal for someone who also needs to work from home everyday.

I'm 40, Scottish, single, and been in Glasgow for a couple of years. I moved from London to be closer to family and I'm still getting to know the place better, meet new folk etc. I'm super friendly, easy going, clean and tidy (looking for someone similar), love my nights in as much as my gigs these days. I work remotely for a charity and travel down South once a month.

I also have a cat called Zippy, so hopefully you like cats too :)
