Plenty of parking spaces on the street if you have a car.

The bedroom is available now and rent will be charged on a monthly basis. Most bills included except energy and council tax (band c) which the tenant would be expected to pay half of. This property would suit a professional who works at the nearby hospital and/or would like to be close to a range of amenities and excellent public transport connections.
