Looking for a tidy, quiet, friendly, respectful and LGBTQ+ friendly housemate to sublet my room in lovely Govanhill flat for May, June (can also arrange stay for second half of April). spacious flat, great location, extremely affordable rent and bills at just £325 per month, and very little for bills and council tax. Approx £400-£425 per month altogether, for a great flat in a great location.
I will be away travelling during this time and you will be looking after a comfortable, large room with pleasant views. Looking for a trustworthy and clean housemate to live with current housemate and keep the room and flat in good condition while I am away. Male or queer tenants are preferred, but anyone is welcome to get in touch. The flat is in great location near Crosshill, Mount Florida, Queens Park, and Govanhill. You will be living with my flatmate, a friendly trans-masc performance artist who is currently in work alongside his art practise.
