Located right next to two metro/subway stations so only 4 minutes by metro to west end and 8 minutes to Buchanan Street. I'm a very easy going landlord and just looking for someone to take a spare double room in my property.
The current flatmate Maria is a 28yo professional Female, very social and friendly. The previous roommate said she was a delight to live with before he bought his own place. The room includes all bills (c/tax, water, broadband and energy) and is available as of 1st November 2024.
No deposit but a security for damages will be taken at £200 which will be returned after tenancy agreement ends.
