Short/medium let in unique and creative home

My large double room is available from May 1. It’s a very large double, with a superking bed, extremely comfortable bedding, woodburning stove, wardrobe and drawers, desk and chair

Couples considered but will have to pay a £150 surcharge.

I would prefer to rent the room for at least 3-4 months.
(May, June, July, August) but could less/more depending on your circumstances.

The flat is massive, it’s been renovated by myself . It’s creative and relaxed. You will have accesss to a very nice kitchen , (mostly) exclusive use of one bathroom containing bath and separate shower, and a comfortable lounge with TV, stereo etc.

There is also a huge communal garden which is an amazing outdoor space, and well maintained by residents.

The property is literally 2 minutes walk to Cessnock subway, and very close to co-op, and various grocery shops and restaurants/takeaways.

You will be sharing with Colin, an engineer from Edinburgh who loves bicycling and I will occasionally be coming back to stay in the spare room an odd night here and there - im renovating a property in Arran and will come back occasionally when I need to get things from Glasgow.

The price includes all bills, council tax, broadband, gas and electricity.

There is a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks and does all common areas and bathroom etc.
