I have a spare room in my amazing 2 bed flat right in the city centre overlooking the river clyde!

Your room will have a double bed, loads of storage and a balcony view over the river plus you have your own bathroom with bath and you also have a parking spot included. There is a 3rd room converted into an office as I do work from home some days. It’ll be your home as well with a shared kitchen and lounge area, I’m sure they’ll be plenty on the tv or in the bar we can find in common!

About me…I’m 40, bubbly and love a night in as much as a night out! I don’t mind doing the flat cleaning as I finish at 12 on Fridays, I have a bit of spare time!. I work in Dumbarton Mon-Fri, in the evenings I try to get to the gym. I like hosting my close friends some Fridays or Saturdays, which of course you're more than welcome to join in for drinks as well! I'd also hope you can invite your friends over to enjoy the flat at weekends too! I am a sociable person, so I'd really love someone to be equally sociable.

Rent is £525 PCM plus bills of approx. £265. Rent paid direct to landlady and bills via myself, total breakdown as follows:
- Council tax = £264 (Band E)
- Electricity = £190
- BT internet = £34
- TV Licence = £13
The landlady will need a reference check and 1 month deposit in advance. No pets please, sorry!
