- 3 mins walk to get busses 38A, 38B, 38C and additional 2 mins for 38E
It takes only 15 mins to walk to the cafes, bars and restaurants of Dennistoun.

My future tenant :
I am looking for tidy and respectful people who will treat the flat as home. Everything inside is of good quality and was carefully selected with love. 

Please note that I'll give priority to candidates that are looking for long term rental, and that are already buddied up to rent the whole flat, or are a couple. Therefore will take my time to find the right candidates.
Max of people to be living in the flat will be 2. Couples are welcomed only if they rent the whole place, not a room.
