SHORT TERM: Double room w bathroom

SHORT TERM STAYS ONLY PLEASE :).
I have a delightful room available for a short-term stay (1 week-3 mths).

I have a lovely, double room available in a beautiful, quiet, traditional sandstone tenement with high ceilings and period features.

It is situated in the southside, just beside Pollokshields west train station/Strathbungo area, 5 mins walk to lots of cafes and bars.

The flat has recently been redecorated with a new kitchen and 2 new bathrooms.

There are 3 train stations within 10 mins walk (6 mins on the train to the city centre) and 15 mins walk to the subway if you want to travel to the west end. As there are only flats on one side of the street there are always parking spaces on the street.

All bills are included in the cost so there is nothing extra to pay in terms of bills.

I work full time in Education. I am sociable and enjoy a chat, glass of wine, theatre, food and learning new things. I am also very happy mindful of giving people I live with their own space. My current flatmate works in tv and travels a lot and is very friendly.

It is a peaceful flat and building with lovely neighbours so I'd like to live with someone who is respectful of that.

Happy to discuss short term lets and be flexible on dates.
