Furnished Room available in South Side

Hello!

I’m renting my spare room in a two bed flat which is available from the first of July 2024.
About me… I’m an artist and an architect and preferably looking for someone with similar interests and hobbies but would consider anyone decent really. I’m interested in cooking, yoga, reading, fencing, mindfulness, meditation, deep conversations, feminism, fashion and art amongst other things. :)

The flat is located very close to Crosshill station and is very well connected with plenty of bus links just on your door step. There’s plenty of brunch places and bars, lovely shops and just all the great things that South side has to offer.

I have two Siamese cats so it’s probably good if you like pets and aren’t allergic to them. They’re really friendly and love hanging out with people.

The flat has one bathroom with a separate bath and a shower. Most bills aren’t included - electricity is around £40ish per person on average (winter is a bit more pricey), £90 for council tax, rest of bills such as broadband, factor fees etc are covered by me.
