Double Room Newly Renovated Tenement Flat

Hello, I am currently looking for someone to take one of the double rooms in my recently renovated flat. The flat is in the Pollokshields area of Glasgow, only 10 minute walk to Shields Rd Underground and only one stop on the train into Glasgow Central. You would be living with myself and my flatmate, we are very laid back and respectful. I am an Art Teacher in a high school with a background in Costume Design and my flatmate is a piano instructor (he teaches outwith the flat). We are very friendly, keep to ourselves mostly but always up for socialising and occasionally cook for one another. The council tax band is D (works out at £58 each per month at the moment). It is important to note that my other flatmate will be moving out in April at which point the bills will be divided by two instead of 3 (this will not effect the rent of the room) and his room will be turned into an art studio which you will also be free to use 🙂
