Comfortable Double Room in Rutherglen

As my current tenant is moving out in January I'm looking for a clean, tidy and respectful tenant to take over the main double bedroom in my flat.

All common spaces are shared.

Council tax and broadband are included in the rent. Gas and electric is split 50/50 and will usually come to around £50pm pp during winter and be cheaper in warmer months. So even during the winter months total costs are unlikely to go above £650pm.

Tesco, Aldi, Lidl, Co-op and Iceland all within easy 5-10mins walking distance.

Rutherglen train station is 5mins walk from the flat and takes you to town in just under 10mins and direct to the West End (Partick stn) in approx. 15mins
