Double room available in south side

One double room available to friendly and clean flatmate :)

My prospective flatmate will: not wfh, be up for communal meals, prefer a no shoes household, clean as you go.

I enjoy chatting, watching movies, going for walks and engaging in activities with my flatmates but also value my alone time

About the room: furnished (drawers, desk, chair, bed frame and mattress). Carpeted floor, big single window with curtains.

I use eco products for the house so my prospective flatmate would be happy to contribute towards this :)

Open plan kitchen/living space, shared bathroom.

Gas central heating system, but electric shower (with good pressure).

No smokers please :)
