Spacious room in southside flat

I have a lovely double bedroom in Pollokshields that will be available from Mid Dec (with a flexible start date). The room is a big double room with king sized bed. Most of the other furniture in the pics comes with the room also- but happy to store anything that’s not wanted! The room is lovely and quiet as it looks onto the shared garden space. The rest of the flat comprises large new kitchen, spacious living room and shared bathroom.

Ideally I’m looking for a professional but post grad students also welcome. (Though would need to split council tax- around £80 each). I work as a doctor and work nightshifts infrequently, so very occasionally will need quiet in the flat during the day for sleeping purposes. I’ve been in flatshares since the beginning of Uni so very used to living with other people :)

When I’m not working I come and go from the flat a lot- I’m sociable so often out and about seeing people/doing various things. I love to cook and have previously loved cooking for/with/meal sharing with flatmates. Vegetarians preferred because of this :) I love to have friends round for dinners (when both mine and my flatmates schedules allow!) and someone who’d like to get involved/join in with socialising in the flat and otherwise from time to time would be great :) but I’m also very respectful of space/quiet and value lots of downtime in the flat too. Pub, night out dancing, reading and exercising are some other ways I enjoy to spend my downtime. I’m very tidy in the flat so need a flatmate who will keep the place very clean. Other than that someone who is easy going and sociable would be ideal!
