Location:
-G401HF -> just next to Glasgow Green and Bridgeton Station (4 min walk)
- 20-25min walk to the Centre / Strathclyde uni (or by bus)
- Glasgow uni is accessible via Bridgeton/ Partick Station (train).

Rent: £500/month; £650 deposit.
Minimum term 6 months (pay monthly), no limit on how long you would like to stay. People who can commit to a one year + stay will preferred.

What is extra?
- Your share of council tax (Band B) and internet would be currently £84.50/month
- gas and electric bills (depends on consumption and season. Roughly £35-70 per person)

We will share the common spaces (kitchen, bathroom, lounge), cleaning and house chores. You will get your own freezer.

*NO SMOKING in the house. I don't mind if you smoke outside. E-Cigs/Vapes are okay in the house.*

About myself: I'm the landlord (I don't like this word) and I'm also living at the property. I'm usually working from home if not away for business.
I'm outgoing, sociable, like hiking and travelling. I usually get along quite well with almost all types of people. have lived in Germany, the UK, India, China and Taiwan.
