Lovely, quiet, double room in Strathbungo 2-bed

Looking for easy -to-live-with, tidy, quiet flatmate for a 1 -3 month room-let. (Possibility of extending.)
Must be clean, considerate and enjoy own company and not so much the party type. Preferable working out of the flat but wfh considered.
Wifi provided and own TV snug area in the kitchen set up. (Main living room usually occupied by me! l but if I’m out can be used if left tidy!)
Shared bathroom with shower over bath.
Cleaning products used but would expect cleaning doing jointly.
No smokers, no pets.
£650 a month.

I like my own company and am very independent but like to welcome new people to the area and get involved in a bit of socialising too! I’m fun but also respectful and can enjoy cooking and sharing banter if the mood takes me.
Would prefer someone that worlds away from home and is quiet when coming and leaving as I have bad insomnia.

2 mins walk from both Queen’s Park and QP train station, 6 mins into town. Even close to bus stops with multiple buses.
Rental bikes on doorstep(at entrance to Queen's Park.)
Heaps going on locally with cafes, pubs, parks and hundreds of hobby based groups. No need to leave the area!
