Looking for easy -to-live-with, tidy flatmate(female preferred) for a 1 month room-let. (Possibility of extending.)
Must be clean, enjoy own company and not so much the party type, preferably! Wifi provided and own TV area in the kitchen set up. Shared bathroom with shower over bath.
No smoking, no pets.
£650 a month.

I like my own company and am very independent but like to welcome new people to area and get involved in a bit of socialising too! I’m fun but also respectful and can enjoy cooking and sharing banter if the mood takes me!

2mins from both Queen’s Park and QP train station, 6mins into town. Rental bikes on doorstep(at entrance to Queen's Park.)Heaps going on locally with cafes, pubs, parks and hundreds of hobby based groups. No need to leave the area!
