Looking for easy -to-live-with, tidy flatmate(female only) for a 1 month room-let. (Possibility of extending.)
Must be clean, enjoy own company and not so much the party type, preferably. Wifi provided and own TV snug area in the kitchen set up. Shared bathroom with shower over bath.
No smokers, no pets.
£650 a month.

I like my own company and am very independent but like to welcome new people to the area and get involved in a bit of socialising too! I’m fun but also respectful and can enjoy cooking and sharing banter if the mood takes me!

2 mins walk from both Queen’s Park and QP train station, 6 mins into town. Even close to bus stops with multiple buses.
Rental bikes on doorstep(at entrance to Queen's Park.)
Heaps going on locally with cafes, pubs, parks and hundreds of hobby based groups. No need to leave the area!
