Luxury tenement flatshare - Pollokshields

I am looking for a roommate from the end of August to share my recently renovated tenement flat in Pollokshields, I also have a cocker spaniel puppy, so someone who likes dogs is pretty essential.

You’ll have a newly decorated room and exclusive use of the main bathroom as I have an en-suite. I am looking for someone who is respectful and appreciates a home that’s kept to a high standard. So cleanliness is essential.

This is not a party pad, but is a sociable and friendly space. I live quietly and consider home a place to recharge and relax. I am friendly and sociable, and sometimes I just like my own space. I do work from home 2 or 3 days.
