2 double bedrooms furnished house , house share

I have used this site on many times to
Find people and so far it's worked out really well,  I am looking for 1 house mate this time round (would maybe consider 2 ) if you were right (as I have another spare double room) , I'm looking for a student or students, That like to have a bit of fun chill out at night with a beer , the room you would be renting is a large double room With a built in wardrobe. The house is always relaxing and you really can treat it like your own ( don't need to be scared about bringing people over and that)  

Even though it says in the advert already what is included in the monthly rent a  its common question I get asked so I shall put it here as well , everything is included in the rent bar council tax , thats Internet , gas and electric , House phone , tv licence . Students don't pay council tax so should not be a problem

A little about myself , I am a royal navy Clearence diver and have been for a few years now, just turned 21 that's why students are more in my age bracket! Nearly all my freinds go to uni in Glasgow so the student lifestyle as such I'm used to .  I have shared with students and business men so far and they have all really enjoyed themselves .  Only thing I ask is don't drink all the milk for when I get back from work ! Makes me sad !  

Viewing of this house will only be available in from July the 15 th!

3 minute walk to train station! only £2. 60 without rail card to city centre 
Only ten min journey to city centre by train, takes 14min driving to the west end( i do it often) and a bus route right outside the house
